Payday Loan Debt Assistance/Assurance Mgmt

[COLOR=#000000]I made the mistake of signig up with PaydayLoanDebt Assistance and now I want to cancel/terminate it---I have made 3 payments to them, and all have gone to them for their Debt Relief program--which I did not order and other part of my payments are going to the designated savings account they chose for me for their service fees. There has been hardly any communication from my "designated customer service professional" that is supposedly handling my case.
Do you have any suggestions on the best way to go about cancelling this and requesting a refund?
Any advice and help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!!!!

This sounds a little shady right here. Call them and cancel your account and ask for a refund of the amount you have paid towards your debts. They are not going to return the portion of their fees and charges that you have paid already but get everything out of the escrow account. If you want you can additionally send a letter of cancellation to them in writing.
