I have got way over my head and need help.I am in TX, I have5 loans that I have been paying on, but I had a issue and the first payment on Eastisde Lenders was sent back nsf. I want to pay all my stuff, but the amount coming out is not leaving me with living money. I really need to keep the checking account. what are my legal options and what can I do to not have this affect my account? my back doesnt seem interested in giving me any information.please advisethanksmel

who is owed amt deposited date pymts
eastside 300.00 6-7-11 200.00 nsf (1st pymt)
plain green advance 800.00 6-28-11 263.00 due 7-27

all are internet loans. direct deposited and debited. unfortunatly I had a issue, my acct was overdrawn and i cant do anything about it for 20 days. i tried to call the cashnet about pymt arr but they wanted it in 4 months at 364 a month, i have already paid back 865.00 as i said i cant close this acct, but i dont know the ramifications about doing ach cancellations and trying to deal with them directly. i tried to call the atty general to make sure they are licensed and didnt ever get thru. any help is greatly appreciated.

CashNetUSA is your only legal/licensed lender.

You will need to close your account, that's your first step. If you cannot close your account due to current overdrafts, then you will have to ask the bank to make your account "deposit only." Go into the bank to do this. Don't try to do it over the phone. Also, if you have trouble, ask to speak to a branch manager.

After your account is secure, follow the steps regarding filing complaints and sending letters (email is fine) to the lenders who are illegal. You can find sample letters and other info here.

Call CashNetUSA and set up payment arrangements with them. If they cannot work out an agreement you can afford, tell them you will have to default and make arrangements with collections.
