I didn't even get money from this company, but now they took $210 out of our checking account. I have/ do have other payday loans, but all of those payments came out as well and they were what they are supposed to be. I had one company contact me via email first and then via telephone 2nd about offering us a $150 loan for $60 in fees. I don't know where they got our "application" but i did NOT apply with this company so I am thinking that one of the loans that we paid off sold our info. Now i can't even get in touch with this company. Anyone ever have a loan with this company or have this happen to them. FYI I already went to the bank to have them reverse the charges which of course takes 10 business days.

guest, the pdl that telephoned you might be the ones who debited your account. A lot of plds get information from other pdls. Some will call you and have you do a "verbal agreement", which is why you have no documentation for this loan. It's good that you disputed it with your bank; however, these people have your bank account information now. They will hit your account again. Do you remember seeing a deposit for $150 on any of your bank statements? Check them to see if there was a deposit of $150 and see if there is a name or phone number associated with it.

I didn't see any deposits within the last month. I have spoken with my bank and they already know that i will NOT be depositing any money into my account and will be letting it lye. They are going to watch or AC debits and if they do it again then we will take the steps to close the account. Lucky for us we have a 2nd checking account at a different bank and I had already transfered my direct deposit to the other account so I should be all set. I also transfered my direct bill payments to the other account already so now we wait.

rebecca, no deposits for that amount? Lord, someone got ahold of your bank account information then. You did exactly what you should have done. Your bank should take care of it.I'm glad you had a second account already. However, watch that first one. If someone has your information, they may continue to hit it. You might end up just closing it.

bobbie - I did a search on this site and am quoting what I found on a different post for you:

Quote:

The company originally is called DJAT Marketing but when you are electronically debited from your account they go under lazer lending and the number is extremely hard to find. Luckily I wrote it down the first time I used them. The number is 1-866-733-1291
Hope this helps you all who need it.

Guest, I had a company that was debiting my account and I did not know who they were, the bank was able to go through their records and provide me with a phone number for the company debiting the account and the company name. You may want to try asking the bank. If they give you any information at all, if you post it someone may know who the company is or may be able to get contact information from the phone number.

There's no telling of another pdl "shared" information and this company got it. The best thing probably to do is just close this account out totally or at least put a hard debit block on it.
