I'm having a difficult time getting any type of response out of them other than to keep telling me that I own them principal on current loans, when actually I only owe principal on all loans. The interest paid on previous loans won't be applied to current loans?

It's frustrating since they keep sending me emails telling me that my loan is last due and that I need to call to make arrangements. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

So I don't have to go find all of your other post - can you tell us again here - How much borrowed originally from them both and how much paid to date on both..Also try to log in to your accounts and tell me what it says when you do? I have dealt personally with both - hopefully I can give you some guidance.. :) it will be okay.. remember the main thing right now and the most important is they are illegal - unlicensed lenders and your $$ is safe from them, they have no access into your bank account.. the rest is just a matter of dealing with..:)

PG = total borrowed 1900 (3 loans); 1792 paid back cumulative over loans. Sent revoke letter and they respond telling me that I need to pay back current principal (700) and that any interest already paid won't be applied. I only owe 108 on principal. Current loan access says account flagged and I'm past due.

GP = total borrowed 1800 (2 loans), 972 paid back cumulative. Sent revoke letter and they responded same as PG. I owe 828 on principal. Current loan access no longer says account flagged, but does say I'm past due. Of course both want me to call to arrange payment.

Your account is completely secure from them correct?

I would send this to them - Remind them that you are revoking ACH authorization and wage assignment. Remind them again that you will only communicate in writing with them via email or US mail only, that they are not allowed to contact you at home, work or via cell and that they are not allowed to contact any reference that you may have provided. That you know that they are unlicensed to lend in your state and therefore you are only willing to pay back principal only - that they need to take into consideration the total borrowed and the total repaid to date on all loans- you need to give them a plan on how you will pay them back.. what reasonably works for you - amounts and dates.. you need to remind them that you will only pay via prepaid debit or better yet money orders mailed CMRRR only .. and that when and only when they agree to these terms will you pay anything.. and then be done.. wait to see how they respond.. stop stressing...

Here are the email addresses I used for each -

I would only send once more to each - make sure all is covered from above.. if you want to paste one of your letters here - we can look over it if you would like.. and then I would wait.. no since you allowing them to make you crazy with this... the ball is in your court not theirs.. they have to agree to what you are saying or they get nothing..

Your response to the settlement offer provided May 15, 2013 has been directed to me for review.

Payments made on prior loans were made according to the contracted rate and will not be applied to your current loan. The offer provided to you May 15, 2013 to pay the remaining principal on your current loan in the amount of $1000.00 in four (4) installments of $250.00 each stands.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

respond this way:

seeing as you are illegal and i did overpay previous loans that overpayment should be applied, and therefore i don't owe near 1,000.00 so i reject your settlement and i would appreciate it if you not think i'm that stupid.

respond that way.
