We had unfortunate circumstances beyond our control and not able to see how we were going to have enough money to take care of everything needed to be done end of August 2012.

We borrowed $2,650.00 from The Cash Store here in the state of IL. The annual percentage rate is 403.00% HELP! this will not be paid until 2/20/2013. Total Finance charge to us will be $3,342.16.

Carol was receiving unemployment and the last employer said she didn't check on all the avenues to stay with the North Shore Companion/Home Instead as a live-in caregiver. She now has a bill from IDES here in IL to pay back an overpayment they say of $6540.00.

Our credit cards total approximately $3000.00. We got those to try to help us pay for daily essentials.

Husband Joel (Bernard) is gainfully employed with same company for the past 12 years. They cut his hours back drastically in August.

Can you help us please!?

Clinton called last night and said to call him back today with the payoff at The Cash Store. We have the amount now and it comes to $2.375.27. It would be sweet if we can get our bi-weekly payments down from $499.35 to the quote Clinton gave us last night of $220.00 bi-weekly for 9 months.

Looking for help in our situation.

Thank you in advance

Call them and ask for what is called an EPP - an extended payment plan. Your balance will be broken into 4/5 equal payments to be paid over your next paydays. That is your best bet at this point. Otherwise you can default and work with collections, though the EPP is better choice.

Please don't go to a PDL consolidator. They are scamming pieces of trash.
