swimming in a sea of debt!! Please help me!!!

Here it is guys, I am a loser I am awful with money. I took out several pdl's and they are haunting me. I closed one account but have two others. I contacted the loan companies and asked them to send me their addresses so that I could send payment. They continue to try and take money out of my accounts and now both of my accounts are overdrawn. My wages are being garnished and I am in a hell hole. My company requires direct deposit and I asked them to stop the dd for the last pay period which they did. Now I have no money, no bank accounts that I can use and payday approaching again and I do not know if they will provide a paper check again. My banks are calling and I am crying, what can I do? Please help me, I am feeling so low right now and feel like I am the only loser on the face of the earth.
