Help With Payday Advances...

I have two payday advances...
Paydaymax.com...borrowed 250, paid so far 215.03
Discountadvances.com...borrowed 260.00 paid so far...39.00 I have had over 15 loans with Discountadvances too. Because after I paid one off I would request another because it took all my paycheck. They continue to debit my checking account every week, even though I dont have the money. US BANK won't let me close my account I have fought with them for months now.
I have filed a claim with the Arkansas Attorney General, they sent me a claim number also filed claim with the US FTC. they sent me a claim number, I have these two internet advance companies left and they will not budge... I can not get a response from them. Are they legal in Arkansas? What do I do about them? I am tired of these companies and I want them gone. I will never get into this mess again.

Revoke these lenders right to debit your account, it's a federal law and your financial institution MUST abide by it, or I would file a complaint against them! The EFTA law and Regulation E states you can revoke ACH withdrawals at ANY time, no matter what contract you e-signed! Send these lenders the following letters, print it out and take it to your branch manager, tell them you expect action! I don't understand why they won't let you close your account, how can they force you to keep an account you no longer want! Especially if you revoke all rights for these lenders to withdrawal from your account any longer, how you choose to pay them is YOUR business!

Nobody seems to want to help me and these two Payday Advances are just unreal, everyone else dropped off the face of the earth and have "Written Off" on my accounts, closed them and have never bothered me, These two are a different Horror story. BUT this is only over the banking online, I am going to go Monday to the branch bank to see if they will do anything, and I will take the papers you have sent me. This is just plain crazy, sounds to me like US BANK makes peoples decisions on WHO they are indeed going to pay, NO MATTER WHAT!
What a headache, I WILL NEVER GET INTO THIS MESS AGAIN! A HARD LESSON TO LEARN!

US BANK Is a Nightmare Literally....
So I went to the branch of US BANK...The Bank Manager is an idiot. I showed her the paper Shazzer had me print out and she tells me she can cancel my card BUT I have to wait till friday and US BANK will determine what I have to pay IF any adcvances come in on my checking account, PLUS... Even though I told her they were illegal companies in the state of Arkansas SHE doesnt care... US BANK IS A NIGHTMARE! No matter what they are going to make you pay these loan sharks forever... All I can do is hope nothing comes through and that I have enough money to cover the Paydaymax and Discountadvances charges because they continuew to charge my account even though they have been paid way over the amount my advance was... and Close the account! on Friday... Thats all I can hope for... ALSO... she say If I had the phone numbers of these companies she would call them herself...WELL, you Know as well as I they will say I owe such and such amount...You have to be kidding me.....Gotta Love US BANK!

They side right with these loan sharks and don't even acknowledge the Arkansas Attorney General, or The FTC or anyone else for that matter... I could have reached across her desk and strangled her. It makes me upset that they choose to ASSUME you have not paid these people and that you are obligated FOREVER to give these loan shark your money...I have paid them...Way over what I even borrowed... I have always stood my ground when I feel I am right and with these two Paydaymax and discountadvances I know I am right... they have been paid way above what I owed them... and discount advances I have paid thousands, I kid you not for just a measley 260.00 loan... But everything I try, I seem to hit a brick wall, the worse of it is this...As of today and talking to the branch manager at US Bank (Assistant Vice President, as she has on her card, I think she made a point to give it to me to intimidate me) Anyways, the worse now is, SHE will make the decision Friday WHOM I have to pay and that is it...I will close the account! I know that... I havebeen with US Bank for over ten years...I have had my fill of them....and then some... But Yes, I will get the account closed Friday...It will just cost me to do it, But it cant be any worse then those Paydaymax and Discountadvances sucking me dry... so I will survive...
