Discount Advances Help

I'm wondering if Discount Advances is an illegal lender and am I required to pay them? I live in Indiana, where, payday loans are legal. However, the state limits 2 payday loans Max at one time, and Discount Advances lent me this disregarding that law. They lent about $200. I have been contacted by PDM (Professional Debt Mediation) who clearly violates every Consumer Credit Law ever written.
I intend on sueing PDM for the their collection practices.
However, the true question is if Discount Advances, is in fact, an illegal lender?
Thanks,
Ben

You can check for yourself at the link below, but, no, they aren't licensed to lend in your state. Indiana requires Internet lenders to be licensed by YOUR state.
