Ok this morning I emailed and faxed the letters revoking the ACH. No contact with them since and now I tried to login to my account and it says to contact credit protection depot .

They have locked your account so you are forced to call them. Call them and they will unlock it. Let them know exactly were you stand and what you are doing.

When you call them just let them know your account is locked and you are trying to view your statement. Once they unlock it they will probably put you over to their collection department.

Ask to speak to a manager and give them all your figures and what your intentions are. What state are you in?

tha'ts one of the steps for this process, is to make sure if they are illegal in your state file a complaint. That way it's all documented. I filed a complaint against them and they were served w/ a Desist & Refrain order several months later.

You will have to do some research on this one as i'm not too sure how your department of corporations works. There should be a consumer section on it that will be able to guide you .
