Cash Call Loan

I took out a loan with CashCall 05/08. I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on 12/09. I am now thinking of dismissing my bankruptcy. I got on their website to check my loan and they are stating I owe more than $19,000. Unbelievable. This may just keep me in the Bankruptcy however after 2.5 years I really regret filing in the first place. I felt so overwelmed at the time. Any advice.

Out of curriousity on your Chapter 13 list of creditors claims - who is listed Western Sky Financial, LLC, WS Funding, LLC or Cash Call, Inc. as owning the debt?
There is nothing that says you can't dismiss and then refile as a Chapter 7. I have a friend that ended up having to do this - there may be a slight waiting period between when you can refile as a Chapter 7. Just a thought....
