Does anyone know this company. I had a $300.00 deposit into my account yesterday. I've gone through my emails to see if there were loan papers sent and nothing. I'm not paying anything I did not authorize.

I called the bank for other reasons and found out there was a deposit of $300. Wasn't sure if it was something from my company so I asked my personal banker at that time she told me who this company was by name only. I did some research and found the number and call. The phone attendant I must say was very unprofessional when aske about her company she bacme very defensive. I asked her why did I receive the loan and no authurization on my behalf she stated that they called me on June 4 and emailed me. Nothing of that sort happened. I asked her did the company have a website she stated no that they didn't have to have one. As long as I received the loan I should be happy. I'm lidvit that companies like DJR exsist. Please let other consumers know not to deal with this company.

because alot of pdl companies are linked together.if the OP applied to a 3rd party that is also possible.have your bank return the 300.00 as you didn't authorize the deposit.also watch your account.better yet close it and open a new one.your bank can help with this as well as direct deposit if you have that.

Can you tell us the state you live in? First check whether the PDL is licensed in your state of not. If they are not licensed, you have no need to bother about the credit in your account, because even if you pay them after years, you need to pay them only the principle amount and not the interest and other finance charges. However, if they are licensed, you should pay back as soon as possible because the high interest on such loans will push you to vicious circle of debts.

And your certain that's the law in every state, Carol? And you're licensed to practice law in every state, too, which allows you to give that advice? And your legal malpractice insurance is up to date, in case you're wrong and Kathylynn needs to sue somebody?

Hi Guest
kathylynn has already called up DJR Group to know about the credit in her account and got an unprofessional reply. Moreover they did not bother to give her details of the credit in her account. She is also sure that she has not applied for a payday loan with them. What more can she do than to wait and watch? The representative also told her "As long as I received the loan I should be happy." Is this a professional reply? Then why should she worry if they are an illegal lender? I think the DJR Group should worry.
