Ok, I messed up. I got caught up with a couple and now have many. I need some advice on what to do here. The problem this time is I believe most of what I have out is legal. Here is the list of what I have.

Storefront: curree paid. Any ideas on setting up payments with storefronts or something to help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You haven't mentioned the state you live in. In such a situation, it's difficult to say which of these payday lenders are legal.

As you'll be dealing with storefront payday loans, you can go for the Extended Payment Plan (EPP) from the lender as per payday loan laws. This is a repayment plan which is available in states like Alabama, Alaska, Illinois, Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma, Michigan and Washington. However, this is offered by lenders when the loan account reaches the maximum number of rollovers allowed as per your state laws. Moreover the debtor has to declare that he/she is unable to make the payments. In those states where the EPP does not apply to storefront payday loans, you can go for payday loan consolidation program.

Iowa. The EPP does not apply here. Any other advice on how to go about starting this? I am thinking I should just call them before my next due date and try to set something up. If I can at least get the storefront companies to accept payments, I believe I can get the other ones paid down much faster all the while my payments to the storefronts will be going toward balance instead of air.

Why do you say the EPP doesn't apply?

Advance America will offer the EPP.

I believe E Z Money and Mister Money are both operating as CSOs in your state and should also allow an EPP.

Also, WesternSky is not licensed in your state. CashCall is, but if your original contract was with WesternSky and you didn't sign anything with CashCall, that loan isn't legal and you should only repay the principal.
