Are these legal in California

Sorry, I don't know but ya know, if you punch in those PDL names in the search engine box at the top of this page, you will get the posts relating to such. You may be able to find your answer through that avenue. Also, I think there is a way to check for the licensed status but I am not sure how to go about that. I live in NY and ALL PDLs were illegal so that was a part of the process I didn't need to worry about. Give the search engine a try.

Arrowhead Investments is located in Salt Lake City, UT. As far as I know, they are not properly licensed to lend anywhere, but I know for sure they are NOT licensed to do business in California, for the mere fact that in the state of California, PDLs CANNOT roll-over or have an extension. Arrowhead Investments is well known for debiting well over a thousand dollars in "roll-overs" for mere $255 loan amounts.
