I am in a situation, I took out too many loans; i had all intent on keeping up with the loans, but cannot, due to pressing bills like mortg, car, food, etc. I got loans from DollarFlash, ABC Payday Loans (.com), CK Marketing, CashNet USA, Credit Protection Depot (collector) all online, and Advance America, First Cash Advance, Check into Cash, and EZ Money Services as store front locations. I need help, i want to pay back but if i pay their 'minimums' then i would back into the bad situation i was in earlier, maybe worse in some situations, because their "minimums' are more perpayment than the bi-weekly fees were. I want to pay them back, but i would have to do it over time, and most are unwilling to work with me, especially if i do not give them an acct #, or prepaid card #, or debit/credit card # to 'pull' from. I am looking for some advice on how to proceed. I contacted a PDL Debt place (one suggested by one of the loan places that i owe) and their fee would be $350 up front to assist me. Please help.
