I received a phone call at work today from payday loan recovery and a Jason lock said that i owed cash cow $900 and i needed to settle with them for $300 or within the next two week they were garnishing my check at 25% what do I do i have never had a loan with these people dont even know how they receive info on me. who do i report this to. i called the cash cow and they say its just a scam.
