I have taken a loan out from Cash Call to consolidate all my other payday loans in the amount of $2600.00. This one was taken out by the internet and I am in the state of Colorado. My first payment was due March 15,2012, before this payment was even due I had made $1000.00 in payments back to them already. Then when I went to get my balance from them the day of my payment date my loan was already back at $2600.00. The interest rate is somewhere around 131%. I wanted to know is this legal to have an interest rate that high. Also I would like to know do they have legal rights to garnish me?
