I have taken a loan out from Cash Call to consolidate all my other payday loans in the amount of $2600.00. This one was taken out by the internet and I am in the state of Colorado. My first payment was due March 15,2012, before this payment was even due I had made $1000.00 in payments back to them already. Then when I went to get my balance from them the day of my payment date my loan was already back at $2600.00. The interest rate is somewhere around 131%. I wanted to know is this legal to have an interest rate that high. Also I would like to know do they have legal rights to garnish me?

You should immediately contact with Colorado Office of the Attorney General to know whether or not Cash Call is licensed in your state. If they are licensed, then they can take legal action against you. But if they are illegal, then they won???t be able to take any legal action against you.
