i have five ach loans out.
payments loan
monthly made amount

payday trans 74.00 3 200.00
ssm group 75.00 4 250.00
geneva roth cap 90.00 3 300.00
us fast cash 90.00 0 250.00
think cash 45.00 3 250.00

I live in south carolina. I leisurely called geneva roth to see what was still owed after three 90.00 auto draft payments. they said I still owed the 300.00. I then figured out that they are completely set up to fool the borrower into thinking that the principal is being payed in a few weeks. I now realize that I have dug myself into a hole much larger than what i was in to start with. I never even signed up for the payday trans loan. I have no idea who they are or how to pay them in full.
I want to go in tuesday and close my account. I want to pay what is owed and I know they have to make there money. but I am thinking of contacting each company and tell them to send me a breakdown of they loan and I will pay them only through certified mail. what are your thoughts. PLEASE HELP>>>>>

Hi and thank you for posting your info. I can tell you that Think Cash is not a payday loan. It is an installment loan and you will have to pay it back. They might work something out with you but they can sue you if you dont pay. Someone should be along to post your state laws and give you more info about the other 4 that are payday loans. Yes, these people are sneaky and slimeballs! You should read the posting at the top of the page about closing your account before you do close it. ALso ,you will need to contact THink Cash and make other pay arrangements, they will probably take a money order. THe other pdls you may have paid what you have to or maybe even overpaid. It is kind of hard to figure out how much you have paid and what the original loan amount. Hang in there someone will be along to help you.

Here are the SC state laws (just select your state), Stargzr raises a good point abut reading the posting under Important Topics with regard to closing your account.

Frankly the only way to stop these people is to get that account closed asap.
