Have a question on payday loans in AZ

Hi, I live in Arizona and I have 5 pay day loans right now and have been paying on them for what seems like forever. I seem to have to keep borrowing because I don't have enough to pay bills due to all of the fees and am just digging myself deeper. I didn't realize that I might be dealing with illegal lenders for Arizona. I have been trying to find out if they are illegal but haven't had any luck. Can anyone tell me if they know if they are legal or not?

my loan companies are:

Everest Cash Advance
Plain Green Loans
Advance Me Today
CashYes
Castle PayDay Loans

They are all online loans. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am drowning and don't know how much longer I can afford them.:(

Payday loans are illegal in AZ. This means you are only morally obligated to pay the principal amount borrowed, no interest or fees. Go to forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with unlicensed lenders. Follow every step. Also, it would be a good idea to close your bank account and open a new one with no link whatsoever to each other. This will get you on the road to recovery from payday loans!

I don't know about all of them, but I can tell you that Plain Green is illegal not because they are a payday loan but because they are tribal. I will be as much help as can - how much did you borrow from them and how much have you paid back, you are only responsible for principle only to them .. I have a thread - Update on progress w/ lenders - HelpinAZ -- That shows my progress with them and the letter I sent to them.

You will want to have your bank account closed before you send them the letter...
