momofthree alot of people i notice including friends of mine in IL think that AG'S do dispense legal advice.news flash:they do not.too many people ask AG'S too many questions.people should just file complaints against parasites like delbert/cashcall/western sky.the info,and advice you,me,soaplady,bingnut,and helpinaz is usually rock solid,and instead of questioning.people should act on it more.like the url you posted above.now OP do it,and file the complaint.

I think Delbert sent out mass letters to everyone and we all got them. Momofthree posted an excellent letter you should send them. It's under the thread Delbert letter a couple posts down.

Unregistered - I find it hard to believe that Lori Swanson's office isn't able to help guide you since they have filed suit against Western Sky, Cash Call and Delbert. In any event, send the letter that Mitch mentioned to Delbert and cc Western Sky and Cash Call. What you should know is that Delbert is owned by CashCall so it is just a shell game.
