really?you think?i never go to anybody but my state AG as far as protecting me from illegal pdl's.btw DE is one of the most lax states in the union.not suprised at all by this,but the individuals AG will fight better anyway.

I have filed complaints with AGs in the states where PDLS are physically located with some success! Not Delaware. They all seem to have mail drops in Delaware! I wonder why?

The Delaware BBB will step in. They did for me where Eastside was concerned. I do not live in DE, therefore DE laws don't apply to me.

It has to do with protections that are provided to corporations. This is similar to NV for confidentiality and SD for banking. Some states create a scenario that attracts business (of whatever kind) and some do not.

They r licensed but file complaints with the DE BBB, she will contact Christy Finazzo who a week ago marked my account PIF and issued me a partial refund. They will spout off that they r licensed, however keep pushing!!! It does work!!!
