Account marked settled

I got a email back from SPOTONLOANS saying they were marking my account settled. Is that acceptable? I called an attorney regarding these loans. I will be speaking with him in the next few days. I will be interested in what he says. Three of the loans, AMERILOAN, ONECLICK and 500 FC say on my account can only speak with compliance department.
Anyone know what that means? Eastside is a pain I reported them FTC and BBB so far. They said I could pay the prinicpal balance but I said I already did. They are apain!

Yes, Eastside is definitely a pain in the butt! If they have marked your account settled it sounds like they are saying you have satisfied your debt, but, you just never know about these freakin lenders, they lie like rugs!
