I sent Alliance Asset Mgmt a debt validation letter and they sent me a copy of the electronic contract with my name on it, of course electronic signature only. What do I do now?
Eastside is illegal to lend in the state of California and they have a cease and desist action againts filed in 2009. I have paid Eastside over $400 in rollover fees before I found out they were illegal. I have filed complaints with the BBB and nothing really came out of that. I also filed a complaint with the Dept. of Corp in CA and they haven't responded to me.

Thank you,

well it doesn't matter as again eastside is not a legal lender and alliance is not a licensed, and therefore illegal collector.file AG complaints with your AG,and the IL AG as that is where alliance is located.btw an e-signed contract is not binding as they could just type your name.again even with a real signature wouldn't matter as this an unlicensed illegal lender in your state.file the AG comlaints against both parties and ignore them as it sounds like you overpaid on this and owe nothing further.
