Ok this company is becoming annoying. The BBB or Delaware closed my case because they company sent them some electronic signature paperwork from 12/10/10. Again I took 200 I paid them 180, I am willing to pay the 20.00 and be done why the hell won't they just leave me alone.:mad:

Send them a money order for the $20 with a letter stating that they're illegal and you've paid back the initial loan amount. Contact your attorney general.

You know what since they put the date of 12/10/10 as the origination date I checked all my payments to them since then and my loan is paid off I don't even owe them 20.00. They can KICK ROCKS!!! I get paid every 2 weeks and they took 60.00 in a 10 week period so in actually they owe me 210.00

Ok here is some funny stuff. I got a letter from Eastside Lenders in response to my comlaint with the Delaware banking and insurance comission they tried to send me a contract that had no fees in it but say I owe 355. Are they serious? I paid if not 210 on a 200 loan I have paid 180. Are they kidding me why are they lying?
