Eastside Lenders Cracks Me Up...

OK - So I settled with these idiots a couple months ago for the remaining principal that I owed. When I payed them the agreed upon amount, I was supposed to get a PIF letter as part of the agreement. I was also supposed to get something in writing that they would not report me to any third parties.
Then, I found out that Sonja at ESL authorized an ACH debit to my account for several hundred dollars after I had payed the agreed amount via moneygram. They said they didn't get my payment and she authorized it. I must have sent Sonja 25 emails and left several messages and got no response. About a month later I found out that Sonja was "no longer with the company and hadn't been since about the time my final payment was made. Now they say they DID receive my payment. Interesting. They sent me a statement that my "balance was zero", and it was reflected on their website. But my numerous requests for the statement on non-reporting to third parties (credit bureaus, check reporting agencies) have been ignored to this day. I also asked for a statement that they would never attempt to debit any bank account again because there were stories on this site about them finding out people's new account #'s from check reporting agencies and taking money out without authorization. Those requests have been ignored.
Well yesterday, out of the blue, I get an email from Robin from ESL new accounts saying they're inviting me to apply for a new loan. I immediately unsubsribed and when asked for a reason I put "because I hate your company and the way I've been treated". Out of curiosity, today I went back into to the application to see if they had my new bank account info on it because I've heard others have had these applications sent to them with their new bank info on it and they never gave it to ESL or anyone else. Whew, still had the closed account info on it. I'm have no doubt they were trying to get my new bank account info.
I just pray that I don't wake up one morning to find out they've wiped out my bank account. These people are EVIL and will lie to you right and left. DON'T EVER TAKE OUT A LOAN WITH EASTSIDE LENDERS, or any internet payday loan company. Once your info is out there, it can be sold to third parties, which mine was. I had to change my home phone, my cell phone, and very recently my work direct phone because I kept getting calls from those jokesters with thick Indian accents who threaten you and say "good luck as the situation unfolds on you". The last straw was a week ago when I got eight calls on my direct line at work in one day, and six right in a row within a minute. I asked my manager if I could get my direct extension changed and they did it. Any calls that come from the main company line are being routed to my voice mail from our switchboard, but so far they've only called via my direct line. So the extension change should take care of it. I've been getting calls from them for three months, so I hope this is the last of it. I'm hearing it may be the criminals behind the Ellis-Crosby & Associates scam who just had a 1.3 million judgment against them in Florida, and that they have now outsourced it to a call center in India to help them pay off their judgment. Just a word of warning on what can happen when you give out your vital information over the internet. They had everything - name, SSN, employer name and my direct phone line, home phone, everything.

Does anyone know the address for East Side Lenders for notification purposes in filing Bankruptcy?
I would not file Bankruptcy. I would report them to the Delaware
I would not file Bankruptcy. I would report them to the Delaware Banking and Insurance Commission. They are bottomfeeding lenders aand they need to lose their license to lend again!
