Eastside Lenders Desist And Refrain Calif question

I have a loan out with Eastside Lenders and getting ready to send C&D letter and found they have a desist and refrain order from oct 09 from the California Dept of Corp site. Im in california....should i include that order with my letter when i send? As always your expertise and help is much appreciated!

Not only should you include it with your letter, you should notify the appropriate authority of their audacity to continue lending in spite of the order.
how do you find out if someone has a C & D order in your state..
how do you find out if someone has a C & D order in your state...where would i go to see if there is one for eastside here in Louisiana?
