Okay. I responded to Eastside Lenders. Did I take long enough? LOL! I reminded them once again that they are lending illegally, that I had been trying to contact them for over a month, stated my state law, blah, blah. The same thing all over again. However, I also added that I was in disagreement with them showing a balance of $530 on a $300 loan. I asked them how they calculated that amount. And also addressed the issue of them continuing to try to debit my account after revoking their privilidge. And then stated (ho hum!) that I did not agree with their payment terms regarding only using Money Gram/Western Union/credit card/debit card. I sent it via email with read receipt. I got confirmation it was read. No response. Who knows what will happen now. So....I went ahead and spent my whole day today filing all my complaints with all the agencies. I guess if I don't get a response by the end of today, I'll send it via email again. And then again on Monday. At least I printed out what they emailed me and included it in with my complaints. I'm sure the AG will be entertained while reading the email from "whoever" at Eastside Lenders. There is was - in black and white.

Maybe, you might be curious to inform Eastside Lenders about your complaints filed with the law enforcement agencies. They will have goose worms after knowing that you are well aware of the laws and are in the verge of facing some legal problems. Out of fear, they might send you a PIF letter as other illegal companies do in such situations. Stick to your guns.

Thanks for your support! Eastside is very demanding after not responding to me for a month! And I loved the fact that they stated in an email an amount due over and above the loan amount. And also how she stated "she will give me" (thanks) a payment plan and set up these retarded dates and then stated they only accept those form of payments. There is was. All spelled out by them. All nice and ILLEGAL. So I do believe I will take your advice. I will re-send the email, as I have gotten no reply. And I will include that "for your information, I have turned over all information and correspondence to the BBB, the DFI, and the AG". Maybe it'll help. Lord only knows what they're next move will be. You gotta love it when you fire off a letter and they read it and never answer. Whatever. They'll just send me to an illegal collection agency who can't collect an illegal loan anyway. Whatever makes them happy.
