Maybe, you might be curious to inform Eastside Lenders about your complaints filed with the law enforcement agencies. They will have goose worms after knowing that you are well aware of the laws and are in the verge of facing some legal problems. Out of fear, they might send you a PIF letter as other illegal companies do in such situations. Stick to your guns.

I agree I am positive that once the AG's office and the better business in the state they are operating from get notice they will of a sudden mark your account PIF. Sounds like to me you have more than paid what you borrowed plus some.

Thanks for your support! Eastside is very demanding after not responding to me for a month! And I loved the fact that they stated in an email an amount due over and above the loan amount. And also how she stated "she will give me" (thanks) a payment plan and set up these retarded dates and then stated they only accept those form of payments. There is was. All spelled out by them. All nice and ILLEGAL. So I do believe I will take your advice. I will re-send the email, as I have gotten no reply. And I will include that "for your information, I have turned over all information and correspondence to the BBB, the DFI, and the AG". Maybe it'll help. Lord only knows what they're next move will be. You gotta love it when you fire off a letter and they read it and never answer. Whatever. They'll just send me to an illegal collection agency who can't collect an illegal loan anyway. Whatever makes them happy.
