Can anyone tell me how reputable the offices of Ed Overcash is? I had an installment loan through Think Cash - installment loan. How do I find out if installment loans are legal in kY or if this lender is licensed to lend in KY?

I believe different laws apply to installment lending verses a payday loan. Does anyone have any idea where I can review KY laws in installment loans or whether or not Think Cash is lending (installment loans) legally in the state of KY
