Okay, so far I have paid one loan off, however we took out a legit loan to do this with a monthly payment. If we had known at the time all of this began that we could have done that none of this would have happened!

My question now is this, we have continued to juggle the loans we have out due to the fact that we simply have alot of storefronts that we are scared to alert by asking what if questions, for example, when we asked Homefront what would happen if we ever weren't able to pay in the guise that a friend had experienced a bad situation, she would only let us reloan for 200, not the amount we have always been approved for.

Mr. Money said that they could work with people usually, even holding it up to thirty days before seeking anything. All of this really stinks, we both get our student loans and tax return the beginning of Feb. and I think to myself I just need to juggle for 8 more weeks which is four more rounds then I am free!

Okay, suppose I should get to that question now. If I close my account to deal with the online lender, then all of my storefronts will get peeved and won't I be unable to essentially bank due to telechek reports and such, meaning I won't even be able to write a check at walmart, new account or not. On the flip side, scandalous as it may seem, it at times seems wiser to online loan in order to pay off the storefronts, then deal with the online companies. At least then I have some room to work, but that would be wrong, but we are suffocating.

help

I would work something out (a payment plan) with the legal lenders first, then deal with the illegal lenders last. Acquire a new checking account BEFORE you close the old one. As long as you have worked something out with the legal lenders and you are up front with them, it shouldn't affect your check writing privileges.
