Banks not being helpful at all

the bank has told me that they cant stop my charges because i authorized them and i cant close my bank account because my balance is negative does anyone have a solution for me??

Did you send your pdl's a revocation letter? If you did, then you need to print it out (if it was an email) or take a copy of this letter to your bank manager. They MUST abide by the EFT (Regulation E), it's a federal law.
