Has anyone seen this statement on their storefront PDL.
You also authorize us to withdraw from your account (or any other account you have with any other financial institution) the amount of the check and any returned check fee due. We may make this withdrawal using one or more paper or electronic(ACH) debits. Your authorization will remain in full force and effect until you notify us in writing and until we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice. Any partial payments you make will be applied first to fees and costs, hen to accrued intrest, then principal.
First: can they pull from another account?

I have seen it. All PDL companies legal or not will do anything
I have seen it. All PDL companies legal or not will do anything they can to get their money. When you open a new account keep the new information secure and do not apply for any new loans as these companies are connected and can get your new information that way. (Example MTE they operate under many names)
