Have you determined if your payday loans are legal in your state? If they aren't, then you are only liable for the amount you borrowed. You can pay off the borrowed amount of illegal pdls by negotiating directly with them yourself. Read the DIY stickies on payday loans.
Many of us have been successful by following the advice on this site. I, myself, got rid of my illegal payday loans last year and moved on to my credit card debt.
It doesn't make sense to pay someone $$$ for doing something you can do.
