Okay. So US Fast Cash has been playing the game of not accepting my emails - then forwarding them back to me. Now I've got Quickest-Cash-Advance and MTE Financial doing the same thing. LOL! They won't even accept my emails. Once sent, they forward them back to me! Of course, I faxed them all since they won't take my email, which of course, I will email again. But I've got proof that they are just returning my emails. They refuse to cooresponde with me any further. Am I to assume that my accounts are closed with them all? That's what I'm assuming. Don't want contact with me? Then apparently I don't have a loan with them any longer? What say, people???? You know, I think I'll fax them again...........

Most of the loan places are tough to deal with. It takes long time to resolve the accounts. You need to get a PIF letter from them before you assume anything positive.

Have you revised the laws of your state and figured out how much is paid on the account? There is nothing to worry if you are acting as per the laws. You may involve your state attorney general in solving this matter

Thank you for your advice. Yes, I do know my state laws. Yes, I have informed this to each and every pdl. I have stated facts only. Which is all I need to do. I have also filed my complaints with the Attorney General, among other govenment agencies. They have my written complaints. And I am confident that something will happen. I have everything documented.

Thank you, steg. I hope so, too. I know what I'm doing is by the law. That's what counts. I thank goodness I got the laws from this forum. Otherwise I would still be clueless! LOL!
