Email from MY WEB FUNDS
Date: Wed, 05/22/2013 - 09:24
I used the template from advice from experts here, and emailed them saying I have over paid them for the principle already and in fact am owed a refund of 565.83.
I received a response(its on this forum below a few entries) and the response said they would settle for 300-I was told by experts to stay firm, and keep demanding the refund. Which I have.
I now received this email:

Kristen,
Because we have not heard from you regarding this loan, we have to begin the process of seeking a judgment against you for INTERNET THEFT AND FRAUD.
YOU MUST CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR ACCOUNT, we are willing to work with you but we need to speak with you first in order to prevent any further legal action.
Please call 888.272.4233 and ask to speak with a Payment Specialist.
Regards,
Mexsend SAPI

I am not sure how to respond. They are saying that they haven't spoken with me however THEY HAVE. They responded to my email.
How should I proceed
As always thanks for the help!
Dear My Web Funds.
They are in Mexico...you are not going to get a refund. Send this to them....
Dear My Web Funds.
Your last email made me laugh! For starters, debts are civil, resulting in judgments. Theft and fraud are criminal offenses which result in charges and convictions. Go back to drinking your Teguila in Jalisco Mexico. You hold no license here and are charging usuary rates of interest. I am not paying you another penny and will be forwarding your last email to the FTC and my state AG's office. You need to be shut down.
exactly right
i couldn't have said it better soaplady.it boggles my mind how these illegals think, and how necessary this and other sites are in educating and empowering people.
