Should the letters to illegal pdl be sent via certified letter or is email communication enough documentation?

Please Register with the forums if you have not already done so.. and if you are sending out your ACH revocations and wage assignment cancellation letters - email is fine. You want to make sure you are sending to valid emails - it is recommended to send them from their own customer service links if possible - just copy and paste your letter into their message field..

I did send emails to some illegal payday loan lenders. They have not given a reply yet. Should I wait for a few more days?

What state are you in, who

What state are you in, who borrowed from and how much borrowed - how much repaid - did you follow all the steps? ... Did you at least get generic we received your email kind of thing on the ones you sent out? How did you determine they were illegal? Have you secured your bank account?
