Well, what can I say, the payday loan trap is a very difficult one to deal with, and that's exactly what I'm embarking on now inspired by the stories on this site. As the sole income for my small family (wife and 2 1/2 yr old son), it is critical that these loans disappear! I live in AZ and feel like I have the law on my side and further, the principal has been paid on ALL of these loans. I sent the ACH revocation letters yesterday and close my bank account, so we'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!
