a lot of illegal pdl's and such have more than one address i see.
probably to throw people and certain bodies of the government

paul. . . you are right and what I have been finding is that the administration of these "organizations", and I use that term lightly, are located in a totally different area that the mechanics of the operation are located. My belief is that many of these groups are illegal or prohibited in some states so the base is out of an area that allows them. BUT, if you search long and deep enough you can find addresses for them located in states where they are illegal but it just the admin contact. It's that pie in the sky loophole.

There is a Emerald Marketing in Kansas City that is an advertising company. the payday loan company is the one in Nevada

i thought it was funny that Jessie is the one emailing me about my PDL with emerald and a guy named Jason is calling me from the Marketing # in Kansas city.

What name exactly does the PDL go by? Is it Emerald Marketing Group or is it Emerald Marketing Group LLC, or is it something else? I was trying to find info on the group and I keep coming up with websites that are not there.

Is a fake address. The address above is located in Downer's Grove, rather than Chicago. They probably put the Chicago zip so that any certified letters to them will get returned. As far as I know, Butterfield Rd does not go through Chicago
