Does anyone have a loan w/ Emerald Marketing??

I have a loan with them which I borrowed 300.00 there is finance charge is 90.00. I have closed my account as of 9-15. I just got an email staing that I have to have it paid off my tomorrow400.00 if it is not paid then I will have to pay 528.00 and they are going to report me to the DA's office,need to get an attorney..garnish my wages and take my property. They only communicate via email or phone. They will not give you their address. They are not working with me at all.. I emailed him back stating that he can not garnish my wages..I know my rights..and if I could afford an attorney I would be able to pay you. So how do I deal with this? All the others are surpriseling working with me. Any suggestions?

They are a bunch of idiots. tell them to go to hell they can not do anything because they are illegal. if it is Jason Martin calling you tell him to f**K off. i had a loan with them and he said the same stuff i filed a complaint and have not heard anything from them. i would not worry about it all they can do is threaten.

Really that is what I thought..It is Jason that I am dealing with..how funny is that..I like your comment "f*** off" I filed a complaint with the BBB and they a rap sheet a mile long. So who else do I need to complain too? FTC? Did you ever take care of it
