Help!

EMG Marketing aka Emerald Marketing keep harrassing us. They keep emailing us and saying they are going to take a final action and there will be a court date, etc, etc. I am in CA and apparently they are in Nevada which is illegal for them to give a loan. Am I right? Any suggestions on what to do or how to deal with them? any help will be appreciated!

These are idle threats. They are situated outside of the US although they have an address in the US. They won't and can never sue you. Take this letter as proof to your state AG office and file complaints.
