I spoke to someone from my payday loan place.. i owe them $315 & they want it all in full. I just cant do that right now... when i spoke to them, they said i either need to pay the $315 in two weeks.. or they'll eventually end up garnishing my wages, & ill be paying their attorney fee's ..? Can they do this?

Please help.

I think it is extremely important to find out if your lender is licensed to do business in your state. if the business is licensed and legal then you would probably have to work out some kind of payment arrangement with them. If they are illegal, then you are only obligated to pay the principal. You can pay on your terms. Illegal lenders cannot take you to court and sue you because they are unlicensed to do business.

Who is the lender, how much did you borrow and how much have you paid back??? Most importantly, what state do you live in???

Is your lender licensed in your state? If not, then they can’t take any legal action against you. But if they are licensed, then they can sue you because of non-payment of debt.
