need pdl help in AZ

I desperately need help! Between me and my husband we have 6 pdl's out. all storefront. We are paying SO much in interest we can't dig out and are getting nowhere. I don't know what to do! Does anyone know if these places do EPP and how EPP's work?

EPP is intended to help debtors to repay a loan over a longer time period at no extra cost, in case the debtor somehow fails to repay the loan as per the original contract. The debtor should pay the outstanding amount in 4 equal payments. EPP can be used once in every 12 months and the creditor should stop collection activities if the debtor is regular with the EPP.
