Most of my loans are from CFSA members but they are all internet based. When looking through the forums it seems that the EPP only applies to storefront loans. Is this correct?

I'm located in Utah and I just can't find any information on whether Equal Payment Plans are offered here.

If they are members of the CFSA and they are payday lenders, then yes, they should offer an EPP whether they are store front or Internet. Sometimes you have to push for the EPP and remind them that as a member of the CFSA they MUST adhere to the industries best practices or you will be forced to file a complaint against them with the CFSA for not abiding by the rules.
