on a epp arrangement, Allied deposited entire check

Long time lurker here,
I have a store front pdl with Allied Cash Advance. After rolling it over a few times, I set up an epp of 4 payments of like $107 each...
Made my first 2 scheduled payments, then was a little short this week (it was due 2 days ago) and asked them to give me until friday to make my 3rd payment.
They said they couldn't give me a few days and then deposited the entire check even though I've already made the first 2 payments. Can they do that legally ??
