Not sure how much I actually owe.

Hi I am new to blogging. By chance I found out that the OneClickCash will continue taking money unless I stop the transactions. I took a l$300 loan and after three payments of $90 I still owe $370. Why? Because my loan is renewed every month for $90 whether I want it renewed or not. My option is to pay $90 + $50 for six months to pay of the remaining $370. That would leave a $300 debt costing me roughly $1267.
Do I have to pay this?. I do not mind paying back what would be considered fair but this is astronomical. Other loans had been just short of twice the original amount. Can anyone advise me how to proceed and get an equitable agreement with this company and I can pay them off.
