I have started getting calls from these people..an Investigator Young called and got my dad all upset, then when I called them back I felt like something was fishy; but when they said "jail time" I got scared and gave them my debit card info. Now I have lost my job. IF they debit it will bounce and they said that was even more trouble.
I am so glad I found this board, I called them back, requested to cancel the debit transaction, and requested a debt validation letter, was told it would be sent to the attorney and I was hung up on. I called my AG's office and got the ball rolling on a complaint there too.

From what I'm reading here this is a collection agency for Cashnet. It is illegal and unethical to misrepresent yourself when you are working as a debt collector according to the FDCPA!!
