Ok Ohio Gal but when I google the address it comes up under something else. I also filed FTC complaints and BBB complaints. Its like trying ti find a needle in a haystack. Atleast the collection agency for mypaydayloan.com came up when i google their name. For the woman to ask me first do i have an attorney what does that have to do with if you are collecting for someone. Maybe because initially I sad no she felt like her scare tactics were going to work after she hung up on me and I called back I was very upset and they knew it then how many people are superisors I was transferred to 5 people that all claim to be supervisiors , but had something to handle. I went off and let them knwo I needed a address was taking it waaaay out of the ball park. Then how many so called debt collectors don't validate a debt but send a wage assignment come on give me a break! She humbled herself and offered to send me a debt validation letter but it is too late I filed a complaibt already I want to know who else can I file complaints with because it seems like the NJ attorney general does not care to respond to the ones I have filed already.

TRS called me too about Everest Cash Advance. Won't send me a letter in the mail. Threats of calling my employer and filing a judgement against me. Filed a complaint with NC attorney general.

I filed a complaint on TRS with the NC attorney general who is illegally trying to collect for Everest Cash advance. The AG has send a cease and desist letter to TRS and has requested they respond in 15 days. We'll see what happens.

I hope you keep me posted they had five days from the call to send a dunning letter they have not I also sent them a letter to valdate the debt. I am sick of these people are United Cashloans along with Ameriloan.

Did you ever find Everest physical address? Been hunting high and low for it.

I have sent ove rmy debt validation letter to Total Recovery Solutions and have not heard anything back yet!

I got a response from the BBB regarding the complaint I filed against Total Recovery Solutions the COO Sal Abbot stated he was turning the file back over to the original creditor they wanted no problems. Well of course to make them look good he said it was a he said/she said thing against his worker and I and rather than go back and forth with it he was letting the case go.
I feel so empowered right now
