I received thios response after sending an email to Everest Cash Advance which advised that all communication was to be via mail and email and to stop contacting me at work etc.. I created the letter from the template I found on this site- which has been so helpful by the way:
Hello. I would like to take the time to explain to you your options now that you are contractually bound to Everest Cash Advance, LLC because of your $300 loan you???ve since obtained. I respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said, when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you were agreeing to. You are a citizen of the state of Iowa. However, the contract was not made in the state of Iowa, the contract was completed via the World Wide Web. The governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature is based in the isle and providence of Nevis West Indies Bahamas.
With all the information at hand, I am still willing to work out arrangements for the balance that is still owed on your account. You may contact our offices 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Our toll free phone # is ***. If no contact is made within a reasonable time the account will be sent to a third party collection agency.
Thank you,
Stacy

Hi Stacy, this letter is the example of the amount of BS, the illegal PDL companies use. Whatever they say, your state laws prevail and you should follow them. Don't pay heed to their tantrums. They cannot do anything.
I hope that you have closed your account. File a case against them with the Iowa Division of Banking and show them the letter they sent you.
