Hello, I live in GA and I was wondering can payday loans garnish my wages here. I have every plan to pay them back, I am just in a spot right now that I can not do it.

Payday loans are illegal in Georgia. They would need a court order to garnish wages. Them being illegal is highly unlikely to obtain. You are only morally responsible for paying back the original principal amount borrowed, no interest/fees. Go to forums, then click on payday loan help, then click on sticky on how to deal with illegal lenders. Folow every step.
