Anyone have any advice on what my next step is?

Unfortunately, the emails never worked for me. I did have to finally call them and speak with someone in account services once I revoked the ACH and the payment was late (and after the repeatedly called my work). I know that's not advised, but I kept very detailed notes and wrote down names of whom I spoke with.
In my case, I was able to get them to agree to a settlement of just my principal ($1,350) over 2 payments. Had to make a "good faith" payment within 3 days of the offer and then have to pay the remainder by August 30th.
I was then told it would be settled, but if I wished to use their services again I would have to pay the the remaining interest/fees (about $360) first before they could re-loan to me.
