CHECK N GO HELP

I took out an installment loan from check n go. I live in Missouri. My payment is 556.00 monthly. I was late on the first 2 payments so they took my payment but did not pay anything to the principal because of the late pay. On the 15th they received another payment ( this time on time ) Now they are telling me I will have to pay 2 extra payments in order to pay off. I understand a late fee but over 1100.00 dollars going to interest only seems totally unfair.
Also, I requested that they ACH my payment but the manager told me that was not possible I had to show up with cash only. Now they are doing the ACH.
The manager is rude and yells all the time. Has anyone else had problems with this company? I intend to pay them but I think they are taking advantage of me with the first 2 payments. Will calling their corporate office do any good?

for one they only do ACH if you are late,or show a pattern for being late.next since your payments were late there are late charges.you can report the manager to corporate,but as for the payments they are doing nothing wrong.you are late fees are charged.again nothing wrong with that sorry to say,but again report the manager to corporate.
