EZ cash media taking out money from my a/c - how to contact them?

does anyone know another phone number for ez cash media? the 866-668-9412 number just give me a busy signal. they were suppose to take 155.00 dollars out my account, and they took 170.00, i try to call everyday but just a busy signal.

I paid my loan in full on 7-17-09, they emailed me and offered me more of a loan, which I didn't take. They deducted 65.00 out of my account today: 7-31-09, and I had already paid them off!! I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks..either it says "all circuits are busy", or I just get a busy signal, or I waited on hold for over 1 hour, one day. I still CAN NOT get into contact with them!! I have emailed them several times, and they do not respond! What can I do to get them to refund my 65.00, and to stop them from every taking money out of my account again!

I would just like to say that I will never apply with this company again and I too have also filed a complaint with BBB. The first loan I rec'd I was unable to contact the company after several attempts, they continued to take out $90 fee for a couple of months before I was able to reach someone to pay towards my loan. The 2nd loan w/EZ they decided they would withdraw from my acct. 2 days before my due date, of course I was hit with $70 overdraft fee, I have been trying to contact the company for the past 4 days the line has been busy the entire time, I've also sent emails still no response. There are too many of us experiencing the same problems with this company not to report them to the BBB!!!!!! I'm down with Mr. Clean.....

Does anyone know how to get intouch with these people all #'s are dissconected.I get no reply from the email either.

I currently work for a collection agency to collects for ez cash !! Im not commenting to make them look bad!! I am commenting to wake up everyone who chooses to take out these loans!! From talking to people every day that do this it is addictive and a financial disaster! some of them take out loan after loan and even more loans to pay the previous ones!! You might as well say they rob peter to pay paul! People think twice before you give your personal info out to someone you have never met! I have seen what happens to some people bank accounts and credit, and it is not pretty! So take it from me you might want to think twice before you keep taking the loans! I know what damage these people can do!

Well thanks for the insight. Trust me when I say alot of members and guests here are very anti-payday loan. Most come here to get out the payday loan cycle for very same reasons you just expressed. Again thanks for the insight.

THE LADY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT EZ CASH MEDIA IS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER FOR THEM.. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS PAYDAY LOAN CENTER, AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT THEY SAY WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. I TOLD THEM MY SITUATION AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK..I'LL JUST WAIT AND SEE. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW

Contact this creditor directly. As I said before, the loan you have obtained is not a legal loan, you have done the right thing by closing your account. For all those who have used this company and are still having money taken out, there is a solution. You must call your bank and tell them to cease all transactions from this company. With Bank of america it cost $30 to block a business or company. These people were paid aff by me 2 years ago and they just took out $205. My bank will give me the money back fortunately.

I had a loan with ez cash media and i guess they went out of business and last week a collection agency call me and want me to pay 865.00 on a 600 loan. They threatened me to take me to court. Someone please helpo me.email me @

ezcash is sueing me for non payment but when isked them what was the date this money depoited in my account the hung up on me first he said ask whaen you get to court then he hung up .i never got a loan from them and i have not recieved any email or regular mail just threatening phone calls
